Hair and Face Mask from your kitchen

Plants Are Up To Something….like providing our every beauty need. This hair and face mask is quick and satisfying. Leave on for only 10-15 minutes, then rinse and shampoo regularly. Enjoy!

*Hair Mask & Face Mask in One ~ the avocado is the only ingredient you need for the face mask
1 avocado
1 Tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
1Tbsp cold pressed olive oil
3 drops B. Raw Body lavender essential oil

Cut open avocado, put the flesh in a small glass or ceramic or stainless steal mixing bowl. Use the peel like a cotton pad, and rub the inside fleshy part all over your clean face, as you would a face mask. Leave on for the entire time you leave the hair mask on (15 min).

Mix all ingredients in the small mixing bowl. It works best to mix it with your hands. Just dive in. Using your hands, put handful by handful in your dry hair and work it in throughout your hair. Put a shower cap on to protect your clothes from getting oil on them. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, Rinse away and shampoo regularly. Sometimes I shampoo twice after this hair mask.  Wash face clean in the shower as you rinse your hair.

Enjoy the emollient rich natural ingredients.

Yay for #greenBeauty!
