Chia, Almonds, and Peas Walked Into a Smoothie…

Hope this finds you enjoying your day.  I love the crispness in the air this time of year.
Just wanted to send you a quick green juice inspiration.
 
My new favorite green juice
Place in blender:
2 cups spinach
1/2 cucumber
1 apple
1 lemon, peeled
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp almonds
2 Tbsp peas (frozen organic peas are fine)
2 inch slice of ginger root
5-6 cups water
Blend and enjoy.
This gives you ample protein and sustenance to keep you satisfied for hours. Plus oodles of phytonutrients to combat all the little buggers that come in this time of year.  Ginger is one of the tastiest blood purifiers this great earth has blessed us with.
Drinking this raw, nutrient rich beverage feeds you on a cellular level very quickly because the nutrients are already in a bioavailable form, not needing the processing of digestion to bring them into assimilation.  Therefore it requires much less of your energy to turn this food into direct power.

Greetings amazing being,
Hope this finds you enjoying the FEELING of your ideal self.
The greatest gift we have is total control over how we allow ourselves to feel. Although I know this is a practiced skill, and not always forthright. It comes with diligence, but the practice is fun.
Practicing our supremacy of consciousness is what we are here to do, for through this all of our heart’s desires are possible, and probable.
We have been doing this in the last several audios sent to you. This series of audio training is building your consciousness and literally building your brain neurons and neural networks for the healthiest, strongest version of you.

Total Self Abandonment Is The Secret

Total self abandonment is the secret.
I know it sounds strange at first, but hear what I mean.
We must abandon the state we are in to acquire a new state.
We must abandon the state of disease to create or allow the state of health.
We must abandon fear to allow faith.
We must abandon lack to allow plenty.
We must abandon loneliness to allow fulfillment.
By abandon, I simply mean let go, or forgive the state. Simply forgive it. Pay no mind to it. Deny the senses, and ONLY inhabit the ideal that we practiced in last week’s audio training.
This week’s audio is only 8 minutes long, and gives you the tools to practice total self abandonment, so that you may occupy your ideal state of self. List here, Total Self Abandonment Is The Secret.

My Spice Mylk Recipe, Your anti-inflammatory, mood boosting, immune boosting, digestive aid that tastes amazing.

It’s that wonderful time of year when these brilliant spices get to take the stage a bit, although all year long they powerfully benefit your health.
I recently took a spice class to get inspired and ignited by the amazing benefits of herbs and spices. I am continuously in awe of the variety of tastes, aromas, and healing properties found in the plant kingdom. I mean clove, come on, how crazy is clove, and nutmeg, and cinnamon. ~ And they are medicine.
These are some of the stars in the Spice Mylk recipe I created.
You may be familiar with Golden Milk, an indian healing tradition of turmeric, milk and honey.
This Spice Mylk takes it to the next level with the addition of ground clove, cinnamon, ginger and fresh ground nutmeg. All with their intense regulating capabilities in your body.
This warm tasty beverage is anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-bacteria, aids in digestion, relieves depression, balances blood sugar, balances blood pressure, boosts your immune system, detoxifies your body, elevates your mood, and is an aphrodisiac to boot! And it’s tasty! Can I get a ‘woot woot’ for plants,  this is a TREMENDOUS treat for the body.
Make it a daily ritual and see yourself evolve into an ever purer version of you.
Spice Mylk Batch Recipe
Combine the following to make a batch of tea for the week.
Use only 1 Tsp for each cup you make.
Combine with hot water and almond milk
2 Tbsp ground clove
2 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp ground turmeric
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 nutmeg bulb (freshly ground), or 1/2 Tbsp ground nutmeg
Mix together
Add 1 tsp Spice Mylk mixture to 1 1/2 cups boiling water, then add about 1/2 cup almond milk and 4 drops liquid stevia or honey.
It will be at the perfect temperature to drink after adding the cold almond milk.

Changing The Feeling Of “I”

Hi,
I apologize it’s been two weeks since you have received your self healing audio. The last two weeks I recorded for you in my recording studio, yet the file was incomplete when I reviewed it in my computer.
I learned a powerful guiding lesson from this.
I was teaching about detoxifying the body, building the immune system, oxygenating the body and alkalizing the body, all physical protocols to regenerate heathy cells, not the non physical protocols we have been working on in this group.
What I learned was that the audios for the self healing group need to stay focused on consciousness, because it all stems from consciousness.  If one follows all the physical healing protocols but doesn’t change the feeling of “I’, then a fast and complete healing can not take place.
So get comfortable, tune in and listen to this powerful self healing audio, for you can create the health you want in this moment and for your lifetime. EVERYTHING IS consciousness before it is matter.

Write down three things you really love about yourself and look at it daily. For at least a month!

Yes, if you write down three things you love about yourself and place it somewhere you see it, and can focus on it for just 1-minute every day, for a month, you are creating neuropathways for self-love that will serve your health and happiness…and beauty.

Self inquiry is under-utilized. It’s fun and productive to contemplate what you love about yourself!

What we focus on grows. This is the law of the universe, albeit very misunderstood.

What we measure grows, because in the measuring of it, we are focusing on it.

If you want to run faster or further, you measure your results, and therefore, improve your results.

If you want to heal your body, focus on loving your body, mind and spirit.

If you remember and celebrate (measure) what you love about yourself, those qualities will grow and so will the resulting energetic field.

Enjoy this fun activity. I love to get my favorite colored pens and blank white paper and create something beautiful to look at every day, but feel free to write it any way you like, even typed into your phone if that’s your preferred method.

However, many more neurons fire in the brain when you write pen to paper. It’s in the focusing on it for at least 60 seconds every day that the majority of neuro-building is done. We tend to have a more significant emotional response to something we have handwritten.
